No refunds policy

All services sold by HealTarot are custom digital services delivered by email. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once an order is placed because work begins immediately after purchase.

Service fulfillment

A service is considered fully completed and fulfilled once the reading is sent to the email address provided at checkout. This applies even if you:

  • do not receive or cannot access the email

  • disagree with or do not resonate with the content

  • provided incorrect information during ordering

  • change your mind after purchase

Customer responsibility

You are fully responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. This includes your email address, birth details, and any questions or background information required for the reading.

If a reading is created and delivered based on the information you provided, the service remains fulfilled and non refundable even if the information later turns out to be incorrect.

Re sending assistance:
If you cannot locate your reading due to email delivery issues, you may contact support for re sending assistance. This is a courtesy service and does not qualify as non delivery or create eligibility for a refund.

Non refundable circumstances

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including:

  • dissatisfaction with the reading style or interpretation

  • lack of personal resonance with the content

  • change of mind after purchase

  • incorrect information provided by the customer

  • email delivery issues on the customer side

  • technical issues accessing email

  • delays caused by missing client information

  • any reason that is not explicitly guaranteed in writing by HealTarot

Waiver of cooling off rights

Because these services are custom digital services that begin immediately after purchase, you explicitly waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling off period where applicable under consumer protection laws.

This applies to customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and other jurisdictions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital service:

  • does not cancel your payment obligation

  • may constitute fraudulent behavior under applicable law

  • may lead to account restriction and legal collection actions

HealTarot reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of service delivery.

Technical limitations

HealTarot is not responsible for:

  • incorrect email addresses provided by the customer

  • spam filtering or email provider blocking

  • inability to access the customer's email account

  • device or software issues on the customer's side

  • internet connectivity problems

  • full inboxes or storage limitations

Quality commitment and disclaimers

HealTarot maintains high standards of care and professionalism. However, no guarantees are made regarding:

  • specific outcomes or predictions

  • emotional response to the reading

  • timing of events

  • objective accuracy of interpretive content

All services are provided for personal insight and reflective purposes.

Customer support

If you cannot find your delivered reading:

  • check spam and promotions folders

  • search your inbox for messages from heal tarot or heal tarot.com

  • confirm you are checking the correct email account

  • contact support with your order details

Support assistance does not imply that a service was undelivered and does not create eligibility for a refund.

International applicability

This policy applies worldwide. Any mandatory local consumer rights that cannot be waived will apply only to the minimum extent required by law.

This policy forms part of the HealTarot Terms of Service. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
