Shipping and delivery policy (digital services only)

All products sold by HealTarot are digital services delivered by email. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital delivery only

Every reading and digital file is delivered electronically. You will receive your order at the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery time depends on the product purchased and is clearly stated on each product page.

Some services are delivered within 24 hours, while others may take up to 7 working days.

If your order requires additional information such as your questions, birth data, or background details, delivery begins only after all required information is received. Delays caused by missing or late client input do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Delivery method

All completed readings are sent to the email address entered at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • your email address is correct

  • your inbox can receive emails

  • your mailbox has available storage

  • your email account is active and accessible

If a reading is delivered to the email address provided, the service is considered fulfilled.

Responsibility for email delivery

HealTarot is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect email addresses provided by the customer

  • spam or junk folder filtering

  • full inboxes or inactive accounts

  • issues with the customer’s email provider

  • technical problems on the customer’s devices or software

  • limited internet access on the customer side

Missing or delayed delivery

If you believe your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time:

  1. Check all inbox folders including spam and promotions.

  2. Search your email for messages from heal tarot or heal tarot.com.

  3. Confirm you are checking the correct email account used at checkout.

  4. Contact support at contact@healtarot.com with your order details.

We may assist with locating or re sending your reading when appropriate. Re sending assistance is a courtesy and does not indicate non delivery.

A missing email does not qualify as grounds for refund, cancellation, or chargeback if the reading was already processed and sent.

Service fulfillment

An order is considered fully completed and delivered when the reading is sent to the email address provided at checkout, regardless of whether you:

  • successfully locate the email

  • open or read the content

  • experience technical issues accessing your inbox

  • provided an incorrect email address

Cancellations and refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled after placement because work begins shortly after purchase.

By purchasing from HealTarot, you confirm that you reviewed and accepted that policy.

Worldwide delivery

HealTarot provides digital delivery worldwide. Delivery method and process remain the same regardless of your location.

  • your order number

  • the email address used during checkout

Support may assist with verification of delivery status or re sending when appropriate. Support does not guarantee:

  • recovery of emails lost due to customer error

  • re delivery when original delivery was successful

  • eligibility for refund

  • compensation for inconvenience
