All readings and deliverables are provided as a digital PDF. No physical items are shipped.

  • any package limits or restrictions

You agree to review the product page carefully before purchase. If a request falls outside the scope of the purchased product, HealTarot may ask you to purchase an upgrade or an additional product.

To deliver your order, we may require information such as your name, birth date, your questions and situation, and your email address. Exact requirements vary by product and will be shown during checkout or on the product page.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. If required information is missing or unclear, delivery may be delayed until you provide the needed details.

6) Delivery timelines

Delivery times vary by product. Some products have delivery within 24 hours, while others may take up to 7 working days, as described on the product page.

Delivery time starts when:

  • payment is successfully completed, and

  • all required information for that product has been received

Orders are delivered by sending the PDF to the email address you provide, or by any delivery method stated on the product page.

7) Clarifications, revisions, and follow ups

Clarifications and follow up options vary by product and package:

  • some products include unlimited clarifications within a 7 day period

  • some products include no follow up questions

What applies to your purchase is defined by the product page and package description. Any clarifications must stay within the scope of the original order.
